Your application is not fully ready for review until your unpaid test call evaluation has been submitted. The sooner you complete your test call, the sooner our team can review your application for possible paid telephone mystery shop opportunities.

Most submitted test calls are reviewed within 24-48 hours.

The test call is not a paid assignment. It is part of the application process and helps us review your ability to follow instructions, complete a realistic phone mystery shop, and submit a clear evaluation.

If approved, you may receive paid telephone mystery shop opportunities by email when available. Paid call availability varies by client demand, location, timing, and assignment needs.

The call centers we provide for the test call are not aware of any mystery shopping program, so you must act like a real shopper.

Reminder Before Completing Your Test Call

Please use the same PayPal email address you entered on your application when submitting your test call evaluation. This helps us match your test call to your application.

The most common reason applications remain pending is that the unpaid test call evaluation has not been submitted yet. Completing and submitting your test call evaluation is required before we can review your application.

Submit Your Test Call Evaluation

After you complete your unpaid test call, please submit the Test Call Evaluation Form using your notes from the call. Be sure to complete all required fields and provide clear details so our team can review your application.

Submitted test calls are usually reviewed within 24-48 hours.

The Application & Hiring Process

After you have registered, the application & hiring process goes like this:

    You submit your application.

    You complete one unpaid test call and submit your test call evaluation.

    Our team reviews your submitted test call, usually within 24-48 hours.

    If approved, you may receive paid telephone mystery shop opportunities by email when available.

We do not require you to complete a W9 and you can use a cell or landline phone to make the calls.

If hired, we pay $6–$8 for each call plus a submitted call evaluation form, which takes a few minutes to complete. Payment is sent via PayPal.
